OUR BEGINNINGS
Company History

Humble BeginningsIn 1985, WEFab co-founders Don Bice and Jim Weaver saw a need for custom metal fabricating that combined experienced metalworking with seasoned engineering and design—and WEFab was born. |
| 2004 |
The New WEFabWhen Don retired in 2004, Jim purchased sole ownership of the business, and it remains family-owned to this day. The Weavers’ leadership team continues to invest in skilled employees and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to affordably complete a diverse array of jobs. |
| 2008 |
Continuing the TraditionCarl Weaver took over from his father as President, sharing in ownership with Vice President Gayle Weaver. Today, with third-generation Weavers working for the company, the family continues its legacy of developing innovative, customized solutions for fabrication and equipment challenges. |
