OUR BEGINNINGS
COMPANY HISTORY
Humble Beginnings
1985
In 1985, WEFab co-founders Don Bice and Jim Weaver saw a need for custom metal fabricating that combined experienced metalworking with seasoned engineering and design—and WEFab was born.
The New WEFab
2004
When Don retired in 2004, Jim purchased sole ownership of the business, and it remains family-owned to this day. The Weavers’ leadership team continues to invest in skilled employees and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to affordably complete a diverse array of jobs.
Continuing the Tradition
2008
Carl Weaver took over from his father as President, sharing in ownership with Vice President Gayle Weaver. Today, with third-generation Weavers working for the company, the family continues its legacy of developing innovative, customized solutions for fabrication and equipment challenges.
