✅ Pro Tip: What makes a high-quality weld?

A high-quality weld isn’t just about appearance — it’s about strength, consistency, and durability. Key traits of a strong weld include proper penetration, clean fusion between materials, minimal spatter, and uniform bead appearance. It should be free of cracks, undercuts, or porosity that can weaken the joint over time. At Wefab, our AWS-certified welders follow strict procedures and use tested materials to ensure every weld meets or exceeds industry standards — because your project’s integrity depends on it.

Our AWS-certified welders

AWS certification ensures welders meet national quality and safety standards—especially critical in high-load or high-heat environments. Earning this certification requires a deep understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, safety protocols, and the ability to pass a weld test proficiently. It demonstrates a welder's proven skill in producing structurally sound, code-compliant work under real-world conditions—making it a valuable benchmark in industrial and structural fabrication.

Meet Kyle, Our Continuous Improvement Supervisor

We’re proud to introduce Kyle, a member of our leadership team, stepping into the role of Continuous Improvement Supervisor. With a sharp focus on quality, safety, and process efficiency, Kyle is already making a strong impact across the shop floor and field teams.

From launching a new Quality Manual and weld inspection protocols to enhancing safety documentation and training, Kyle brings structure and insight to every facet of our operation. He’s also helping organize weld procedures and employee certifications—further strengthening our commitment to AWS standards and client satisfaction.

Kyle’s presence ensures that every project we take on meets not just expectations—but exceeds them. His role is key to ensuring our quality control and safety efforts evolve in step with the demands of modern industry.

We’re excited to have Kyle on the team and look forward to seeing the lasting impact of his leadership.
